Ingredients for - Coleslaw II

1. Cabbage, shredded - 1 medium head
2. Red bell pepper, seeded and chopped - 1
3. Yellow bell pepper, seeded and chopped - 1
4. Onion, chopped - 1
5. Carrots, grated - 3
6. Celery, chopped - 2 stalks
7. Cider vinegar - 1 ½ cups
8. Vegetable oil - 1 cup
9. White sugar - ½ cup
10. Dry mustard - 2 teaspoons
11. Dried dill weed - 3 teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Coleslaw II

1. Stage

In a large bowl, toss together cabbage, red pepper, yellow pepper, onion, carrots and celery. Refrigerate until serving.

2. Stage

In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, oil, sugar, mustard and dill. Pour over salad and toss to coat just before serving.
