How to cook deliciously - Peanuts with spices and garlic
1. Stage
Pour boiling water over the peanuts and leave for 3-5 minutes.
2. Stage
Drain the water and peel the peanuts. Place on a paper towel and dry a little. Prepare the sugar and spices (except salt!!!).

In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil, add the sugar, curry, garlic powder, black pepper and red hot pepper. Stir and hold for a couple of minutes (you will hear the intoxicating aroma from the spices), add the peanuts and, stirring occasionally, keep on the fire for about 3-4 minutes.
4. Stage
Preheat the oven to 150° C (I have an electric oven, I chose the "Top and Bottom Heat with Fan" mode). Sprinkle our peanuts and spices on a baking tray, sprinkle well with salt and put it in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Be guided by your oven! Stir the peanuts periodically. Once they are dry and ruddy, turn off the oven and remove the tray.
