2. Quick-cooking steel-cut oats - ½ cup
3. Flax seed meal - ¼ cup
4. Peanut butter - ¼ cup
5. Honey - 3 tablespoons
6. Chopped walnuts - 2 tablespoons
7. Chopped raisins - 2 tablespoons
8. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
9. Ground cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
10. Ground ginger - ½ teaspoon
11. Salt - ⅛ teaspoon

1. Stage

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Combine carrots, oats, flax meal, peanut butter, honey, walnuts, raisins, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, and salt in a bowl. Beat with a hand mixer until well combined.
