2. Pitted and chopped dates 1 cup
3. Chopped dried cherries ½ cup
4. Chopped walnuts ½ cup
5. Chia seeds, or more to taste 2 tablespoons
6. Baking soda ½ teaspoon
7. Sea salt ½ teaspoon
8. Coconut oil ½ cup
9. Egg 1
10. Maple syrup 2 tablespoons
11. Vanilla extract 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Paleo Almond Date Cookies

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

Combine almond flour, dates, cherries, walnuts, chia seeds, baking soda, and sea salt in a large bowl; whisk to blend. Add coconut oil, egg, maple syrup, and vanilla extract; blend well with a spoon or fork until dough comes together.
