1. Pink salmon, drained 1 (14.75 ounce) can
2. Chopped onion ¼ cup
3. All-purpose flour, or more as needed 4 tablespoons
4. Egg 1 large
5. Ground black pepper 3 teaspoons
6. Lite salt, or more to taste 1 teaspoon
7. Pretzels 1 (10 ounce) package
8. Olive oil, or as needed 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Pretzel-Crusted Salmon Patties

1 . Stage

Mix salmon, onion, flour, egg, pepper, and salt together in a bowl.

2 . Stage

Crush pretzels in a plastic bag and place into another bowl. Form patties from salmon mixture and coat with crushed pretzels.

3 . Stage

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties in the hot oil until browned on both sides, 10 to 12 minutes. Place on paper towels to absorb extra oil, if any. Serve.
