3. Fresh broccoli, cut into florets - 1 head
4. Green bell pepper, thinly sliced - 1
5. Red bell pepper, sliced - 1
6. Imitation crabmeat, coarsely chopped - 1 pound
7. Light mayonnaise - ¾ cup
8. Lemon juice - ¼ cup
9. White sugar - 2 tablespoons
10. White wine vinegar - 3 tablespoons
11. Crushed garlic - 1 clove
12. Worcestershire sauce - 1 ½ teaspoons
13. Salt - ½ teaspoon
14. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
15. Hot pepper sauce - ½ teaspoon
