5. Hoisin sauce - 1 (12 ounce) jar
6. Oyster sauce - 1 (10 fluid ounce) bottle
7. Spicy brown mustard - ¾ cup
8. Worcestershire sauce - ½ (10 fluid ounce) bottle
9. Distilled white vinegar, or to taste - 1 cup
10. Garlic powder - 2 tablespoons
11. Ground cayenne pepper - 1 teaspoon
12. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon
