Ingredients for - Beef Paprika

1. Shortening - ¼ cup
2. Lean beef chuck, trimmed and cut into 1 inch cubes - 2 pounds
3. Chopped onion - 1 cup
4. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
5. Ketchup - ¾ cup
6. Worcestershire sauce - 2 tablespoons
7. Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon
8. Salt - 2 teaspoons
9. Mustard powder - ½ teaspoon
10. Paprika - 2 teaspoons
11. Water - 1 ½ cups
12. All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
13. Water - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Beef Paprika

1. Stage

Melt shortening in large skillet over medium high heat. Add meat, onion, and garlic; cook and stir until meat is browned.

2. Stage

Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt, paprika, mustard and 1 1/2 cup water. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 2 to 2 1/2 hours.

3. Stage

Blend flour and 1/4 cup water. Stir into meat. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Serve hot.
