2. Bourbon ¼ cup
3. Brown sugar 2 tablespoons
4. Garlic, halved 2 cloves

1 . Stage

Mix together soy sauce, bourbon, brown sugar, and garlic. Pour over pork, cover, and refrigerate at least 2 hours, turning occasionally.
