4. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
5. Unsalted butter, softened - 1 cup
6. Brown sugar - ½ cup
7. White sugar - ½ cup
8. Eggs - 2 large
9. Orange extract - ½ teaspoon
10. Vanilla extract - ½ teaspoon
11. Rolled oats - 2 ½ cups
12. Dried cranberries - 1 cup
13. Chopped walnuts - ½ cup

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Combine flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a medium bowl.

Cream butter and both sugars in a large bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Beat in eggs, vanilla, and both extracts. Gradually mix in flour mixture until incorporated. Mix in oats, cranberries, and walnuts until thoroughly combined. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto the prepared baking sheets.
