3. Bourbon - ⅛ cup
4. Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
5. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
6. Orange zest - 1 teaspoon
7. All-purpose flour - ½ cup
8. Baking powder - ¾ teaspoon
9. Salt - 1 pinch
10. Unsalted butter, divided - 4 tablespoons
11. Egg, lightly beaten - 1 large
12. Milk - ⅛ cup

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Combine mango, 2 tablespoons sugar, bourbon, cornstarch, cinnamon, and orange zest in a large bowl. Mix well to coat the mango evenly. Set aside.
