Ingredients for - Jamaica Cake

1. White sugar - 2 cups
2. Vegetable oil - 1 ½ cups
3. Chopped pecans - 1 ½ cups
4. All-purpose flour - 3 cups
5. Bananas, peeled and diced - 2
6. Eggs - 3
7. Crushed pineapple with juice - 1 (20 ounce) can
8. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
9. Salt - 1 teaspoon
10. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Jamaica Cake

1. Stage

Mix together sugar, vegetable oil, pecans, flour, and bananas in a 13 x 9 inch pan. Stir in the eggs, pineapple (with juice), vanilla, salt and baking soda. Mix well. Do not mash the bananas.

2. Stage

Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for 60 minutes or until cake tests done.
