Cut the chicken fillet into pieces.

Place the sliced fillets in a bowl. Add the vegetable oil, soy sauce, salt and spices. Stir to combine. Cover with clingfilm and leave to marinate at room temperature for at least 30 minutes. I usually leave it for 1 hour.

Slice the onion into quarter rings, not too thinly. Wash the apple, remove the seeds and cut into slices.

In a mixture of butter and vegetable oil to fry until transparent onion.
