3. Bok choy, trimmed and cut into bite-size pieces - 1 large head
4. Green onions, chopped - 1 bunch
5. Ramen noodles, broken into pieces - 2 (3 ounce) packages
6. Canola oil - ½ cup
7. White sugar - ½ cup
8. Balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing - ¼ cup
9. Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Crunchy Bok Choy Salad

1. Stage

Heat 1 tablespoon canola oil in a small frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook and stir almonds in the hot oil until lightly browned, 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer almonds to a large salad bowl.

Toss bok choy, green onions, and ramen noodles with the almonds.
