2. Fresh blackberries, rinsed and patted dry - 1 cup
3. Lemon, zested - 1
4. Brown sugar - ¾ cup
5. Honey - ⅓ cup
6. Egg - 1
7. Melted butter - 2 tablespoons
8. Vanilla extract - 1 tablespoon
9. Salt - 1 pinch

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Place tart shells on a baking sheet.
