3. Onion, finely chopped 1 small
4. Shredded Cheddar cheese, divided 2 cups
5. Sour cream 1 cup
6. Unsalted butter 2 tablespoons
7. Minced garlic 1 teaspoon
8. Salt 1 teaspoon
9. Ground black pepper ½ teaspoon
10. Kettle-cooked potato chips ½ cup
