1. Frozen diced potatoes - 1 bag (32 oz.)
2. Condensed cream of celery soup - 1 (10.5 ounce) can
3. Onion, finely chopped - 1 small
4. Shredded Cheddar cheese, divided - 2 cups
5. Sour cream - 1 cup
6. Unsalted butter - 2 tablespoons
7. Minced garlic - 1 teaspoon
8. Salt - 1 teaspoon
9. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
10. Kettle-cooked potato chips - ½ cup

1. Stage

Combine frozen potatoes, soup, onion, 1 cup Cheddar cheese, sour cream, butter, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Stir until evenly combined and pour into a slow cooker.

Cover and cook on high for 3 hours, stirring once every hour. Turn slow cooker off.
