How to cook deliciously - Strawberry Tenderness Dessert
1. Stage
The first step is to make the blanks for our dessert. We need six sheets of A4 paper, some tape and some foil. Fold a sheet of paper in half and place it on a slightly larger piece of foil, folding the edges of the foil over the paper. Roll up the sleeve and fasten it with tape, but not too tight. Place the sleeves in glasses or jars, so they do not turn over. Note, the dessert preparation time is specified without freezing time in the refrigerator.
2. Stage
Take the cottage cheese and grind it twice through a colander until it is cottage cheese mass. Soak the gelatin in 50 g of water for 10 minutes. Beat the sour cream with sugar.
3. Stage
Melt the gelatin over low heat, but do not boil. Add the curd mixture, gelatin and the juice of half a lemon to the sour cream with sugar and whisk for a couple of minutes.
4. Stage
The cottage cheese mass is liquid and we pour it into the cakes with a ladle. Attention, it is better to pour on the wall where there is no joint, so that the mass does not flow where it is not necessary. And we send our first piece to the refrigerator for 1.5 hours. Then carefully cut the adhesive tape (it is better to do it with a paper knife) and take out the curd tops. We send the workpieces back to the fridge.
5. Stage
We don't throw them away, but re-glue them with tape, but a little larger, and put them back into some kind of container. Half-liter jars are the best.
6. Stage
Defrost the strawberries and grind a little with a pounder. Whisk the strawberries with the sugar and add the gelatin to swell (10 minutes). Then heat over high heat until the gelatin has dissolved.
7. Stage
Add the juice of half a lemon and whip the strawberry mixture.
8. Stage
Beat until soft peaks, about 15 minutes. Be warned in advance, take a deep bowl or the berry puree will be all over the kitchen.
9. Stage
Fill the cups halfway with strawberry puree. Take your time, if the puree remains, we may need it later. Put the cups in the fridge for 10 minutes.
10. Stage
We take the curd tops out of the fridge and insert them into the cups with the strawberry puree. If the strawberry puree does not reach the base of the curd tops here we will need leftover unused puree. And we send our dessert to the fridge for 1 hour.
11. Stage
I made a pillow for my dessert out of milk chocolate (melt the chocolate and pour one spoonful at a time on the base of the dessert and put it in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens). But my mother, after tasting the dessert, said that a pillow of grated cookies and butter would work better here.
12. Stage
When our dessert has set, cut off the edges of the paper and foil, turn it over on a plate and carefully remove the clump. If the cottage cheese billet just came off, then with the strawberry puree we help ourselves to take off the cube with a knife.
