We fry the bacon in the oven at 175 degrees. It should be crispy, the main thing is not to overcook it so it doesn't burn.

Make crumbles of bacon as well, mix with cookie crumbs, butter and pour it to the bottom of a mold with a diameter of about 22 cm with high sides and send it to the oven for 10 minutes at the same temperature. Then let cool.

To make the pudding, whip five egg yolks.

In a ladle pour the milk, add sugar, salt, starch, stirring, bring to a boil, but do not boil.

Stirring the egg mixture, pour a ladleful of milk mixture into it in a thin stream, then another ladleful, then pour the egg mixture into the milk mixture and continue stirring vigorously until it thickens and the first air bubbles appear, bursting on the surface of the pudding. After that, place the ladle in the prepared container with ice water, add vanilla and continue stirring until the pudding is completely cooled.

In the original recipe, a layer of sliced bananas was placed on the base, on top of the pudding, which I obediently did - it turned out to be a mistake - later the base came away from the layer of bananas, it was not very convenient to eat, so please, do not repeat my mistake!)

Half of the pudding is placed on the base.

On top of the pudding is placed half of the sliced bananas. Then the layers are repeated one more time.
10. Stage
The topmost layer is cream whipped with peanut butter, powdered sugar and vanilla.
11. Stage
The cream is placed on the last layer of bananas. You can sprinkle the cream with peanuts, such as salted peanuts, and send the cake to the refrigerator. The cake should cool very well, so that it does not spread when you cut it.
