3. Lemon, zested and juiced - 1

6. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
7. Finely chopped cooked chicken - 2 cups
8. Water - 1 ½ cups
9. Diced tomatoes, drained - 1 (14 ounce) can
10. Crumbled feta cheese - 1 (4 ounce) package
11. Half-and-half - ½ cup
12. Shredded carrots - ½ cup
13. Pesto sauce - 1 tablespoon
14. Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon

1. Stage

Make quinoa: Combine chicken stock and quinoa in a large pot over high heat; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, until quinoa is tender, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
