3. Kalamata-olive tapenade 1 tablespoon
4. Crumbled feta cheese 2 ounces
5. Crushed garlic 1 ½ tablespoons
6. Kosher salt ¼ teaspoon
7. Coarse-ground black pepper ⅛ tablespoon

1 . Stage

Mix chicken, oregano, tapenade, feta cheese, and garlic together in a bowl; form into 4 patties. Season burgers with salt and pepper.
