Ingredients for - Watermelon Cucumber Salad

1. Red onion, halved and sliced into thin half-moons - 1 small
2. Lime juice, or more to taste - 2 tablespoons
3. Extra-virgin olive oil - 2 tablespoons
4. Seedless watermelon, cut into cubes - 1
5. Baby cucumbers, seeded and cut into cubes - 3
6. Crumbled feta cheese - 1 cup
7. Mint leaves, sliced thinly - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Watermelon Cucumber Salad

1. Stage

Mix red onion with lime juice in a bowl; set aside to marinate at least 10 minutes. Stir olive oil into mixture.

2. Stage

Toss watermelon, baby cucumbers, and feta cheese together in a large bowl. Pour red onion mixture over watermelon mixture; toss to coat. Sprinkle mint over the salad; toss.
