6. Cilantro, chopped - 4 ounces
7. Kale, stemmed and chopped - 4 leaves
8. Poblano pepper, seeded and chopped - 1 large
9. Lime juice - ½ cup
10. White vinegar - ½ cup
11. Ground paprika - 2 tablespoons
12. Extra-virgin olive oil - 1 tablespoon
13. Minced garlic - 1 tablespoon
14. Minced fresh oregano - 1 tablespoon
15. Ground cumin - 1 tablespoon
16. Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
17. Ground cloves - ½ teaspoon
18. Ground coriander - ½ teaspoon
19. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 pinch

1. Stage

Combine cauliflower, cucumbers, carrots, radishes, mushrooms, cilantro, kale, and poblano pepper in a large food-safe container with a lid.
