4. Soy milk - 1 cup
5. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
6. Ground nutmeg - 1 teaspoon
7. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

1. Stage

Preheat an oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Prick sweet potatoes several times with a fork and place onto a baking sheet.
