1. Boneless, center cut pork chops - 4
2. Uncooked brown rice - ⅓ cup
3. Uncooked white rice - ⅔ cup
4. Chopped onion - ½ cup
5. Butter - ¼ cup
6. Green peas - 8 ounces
7. Sliced water chestnuts, drained - 1 (5 ounce) can
8. Fresh mushrooms, sliced - 4 ounces
9. Water - ½ cup
10. Beef broth - 10 ounces
11. Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
12. Dry onion soup mix - 1 (1 ounce) envelope
13. Pepper - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Slow Cooker Pork Chops and Rice

1. Stage

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown pork chops on both sides.

2. Stage

Lightly spray the slow cooker with cooking spray. Then place brown and white rice, onion, butter, peas, water chestnuts, and mushrooms in the slow cooker. Pour in water, broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in onion soup mix, season with pepper, and top with pork chops.

3. Stage

Cover, and cook on Low setting for 7 to 9 hours, or on High setting for 4 to 5 hours.
