2. Plain yogurt 1 (8 ounce) container
3. 2% reduced-fat milk ¾ cup
4. White sugar 2 tablespoons
5. Vanilla extract ½ teaspoon
6. Ground nutmeg ⅛ teaspoon

1 . Stage

Blend blueberries, yogurt, milk, sugar, vanilla, and nutmeg in a blender until frothy, scraping down the sides of the blender if needed.
