2. Plain yogurt - 1 (8 ounce) container
3. 2% reduced-fat milk - ¾ cup
4. White sugar - 2 tablespoons
5. Vanilla extract - ½ teaspoon
6. Ground nutmeg - ⅛ teaspoon

1. Stage

Blend blueberries, yogurt, milk, sugar, vanilla, and nutmeg in a blender until frothy, scraping down the sides of the blender if needed.

Divide between 2 glasses and serve immediately.
