1. Red wine vinegar - ½ cup
2. Honey - ⅓ cup
3. Stone-ground mustard - 1 tablespoon
4. Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
5. Ground black pepper - ¾ teaspoon
6. Salt - ¾ teaspoon
7. Smoked paprika - 1 ¼ teaspoons
8. Garlic - 1 clove
9. Chopped onion - 2 tablespoons
10. Oregano - ¼ teaspoon
11. White sugar - 1 pinch
12. Olive oil - ½ cup

1. Stage

Blend red wine vinegar, honey, mustard, lime juice, pepper, salt, paprika, garlic, onion, oregano, and sugar together in a blender until thoroughly mixed. Drizzle olive oil into mixture while blending on low. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
