Divide the dough into four balls. Wrap each in clingfilm and place in the refrigerator for several hours. You can do it overnight. The cooking time is given without taking into account the cooling of the dough.

Grind the poppy seeds in a coffee grinder. Add honey and milk and put on the fire. Cook the filling until it thickens. Leave to cool.

Grind nuts with sugar and spices in a blender. Then add the whites and mix together.

Take out the cooled dough. Knead each ball in your hands to warm the dough. Roll out 4 sheets, about 3 to 4 mm thick. Cut according to the size of the molds. I have 23 x 23 cm. If the mold is not silicone, it is better to line it with parchment.
