1. Moist white cake mix - 1 (18.25 ounce) package
2. Water - 1 cup
3. Mascarpone cheese - 1 (8 ounce) container
4. Vegetable oil - ¼ cup
5. Egg whites - 2
6. Frozen strawberries, thawed - ½ cup
7. Confectioners' sugar - 2 ½ cups

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
