How to cook deliciously - Chicken rolls with eggplant
1. Stage
Dice onions and eggplants and fry in vegetable oil, add mushroom cube, pepper, garlic... Cook until tender.

Cut the chicken fillet into 3-4 pieces, chop.

We put 1 -2 tsp. of roasted eggplant in our chops... Wrap it up in a roll...

We transfer the rolls to a frying pan with oil sprinkled with paprika, fry for 1 minute and pour the sauce (sour cream + ketchup + water)... cook for 20 minutes under a closed lid.

Sprinkle with herbs (I have fresh dill) and enjoy the delicious rolls.
