7. Penne pasta - 10 ounces
8. Medium shrimp, or more to taste - 40
9. Olive oil, or more to taste - 2 tablespoons

11. Chopped scallions (green onions) - ½ cup
12. Kosher salt - 1 teaspoon
13. Shredded Cheddar cheese - ½ cup
14. Lemon, thinly sliced - ½

1. Stage

Whisk yogurt, chicken broth, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, and 1 teaspoon black pepper together in a bowl until dressing is smooth.
