1. Cooked rice - 3 cups
2. Frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed - 1 (16 ounce) package
3. Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 6 ounces
4. Salted butter - 6 tablespoons
5. Lemon juice - ¼ cup
6. Chicken bouillon granules - 2 teaspoons
7. Ground paprika - ½ teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
9. Tilapia fillets - 1 pound

How to cook deliciously - Tilapia All-in-One Casserole

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

2. Stage

Combine cooked rice, thawed vegetables, and Cheddar cheese in a large bowl.

Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in lemon juice, bouillon granules, paprika, and pepper.

Pour 1/2 of the butter sauce over the rice mixture. Stir to combine, then spread in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Place tilapia fillets in a single layer on top of rice, and pour remaining sauce over top.

Bake in the preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork, 35 to 40 minutes.
