1. Canola oil - ½ cup
2. White sugar - ½ cup
3. Apple cider vinegar - ¼ cup
4. Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
5. Minced onion - 2 tablespoons
6. Poppy seeds - 2 tablespoons
7. Toasted sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons
8. Minced garlic - 1 teaspoon
9. Ground paprika - ½ teaspoon
10. Mixed salad greens - 1 (12 ounce) bag
11. Mandarin oranges, drained - 1 (8 ounce) can
12. Grape tomatoes - ½ cup
13. Toasted sliced almonds - ½ cup
14. Crumbled Gorgonzola cheese - ¼ cup
15. Chopped green onions - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Refreshing Citrus Salad

1. Stage

Combine canola oil, sugar, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, onion, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, garlic, and paprika in a jar. Close and shake jar until dressing is well mixed.

2. Stage

Place salad greens in a large bowl. Pour in half of the dressing; toss to mix. Arrange mandarin oranges, grape tomatoes, almonds, Gorgonzola cheese, and green onions on top.
