4. Onion juice - 1 ½ teaspoons
5. White sugar - 1 ½ teaspoons
6. Dijon-style prepared mustard - 1 ½ teaspoons
7. Mustard powder - ¼ teaspoon
8. Chopped fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons
9. Hard-cooked egg, diced - 1
10. Cooked ham, cut into 1/2 inch pieces - 1 pound
11. Turkey breast, cut into strips - 1 pound
12. Swiss cheese, cut into strips - 14 ounces
13. Sliced sweet gherkin pickles - ½ cup
14. Iceberg lettuce - rinsed, dried, and shredded - 1 head
15. Pimento-stuffed green olives - 16

How to cook deliciously - Maurice Salad

1. Stage

To make the dressing: whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice, onion juice, sugar, Dijon, and dry mustard together. Add parsley and egg; mix well.

To make the salad: Combine ham, turkey, cheese, and pickles in a large bowl; add dressing and mix well. Divide lettuce among plates; top with salad and garnish each plate with 2 olives.
