1. Eggs - 4 large
2. Cooked, shredded chicken breast - 4 ounces
3. Chopped onion, or more to taste - ½ cup
4. Chopped broccoli - ½ cup
5. Coconut aminos - 1 tablespoon
6. Garlic powder - ½ teaspoon
7. Sea salt - ½ teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
9. Avocado oil, divided - 2 tablespoons
10. Green onion, thinly sliced (green part only) - 1 stalk

How to cook deliciously - Chicken Egg Foo Young

1. Stage

Mix together eggs, cooked chicken, onion, broccoli, coconut aminos, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

2. Stage

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a saute pan over medium-low heat. Add 1/3 of the egg mixture and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Flip and cook the other side for 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat twice more to cook remaining 2 servings, adding remaining oil as needed.

Garnish servings with green onions.
