1. Eggs 4 large
2. Cooked, shredded chicken breast 4 ounces
3. Chopped onion, or more to taste ½ cup
4. Chopped broccoli ½ cup
5. Coconut aminos 1 tablespoon
6. Garlic powder ½ teaspoon
7. Sea salt ½ teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper ¼ teaspoon
9. Avocado oil, divided 2 tablespoons
10. Green onion, thinly sliced (green part only) 1 stalk

How to cook deliciously - Chicken Egg Foo Young

1 . Stage

Mix together eggs, cooked chicken, onion, broccoli, coconut aminos, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

2 . Stage

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a saute pan over medium-low heat. Add 1/3 of the egg mixture and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Flip and cook the other side for 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat twice more to cook remaining 2 servings, adding remaining oil as needed.

3 . Stage

Garnish servings with green onions.
