1. Lucky Leaf Premium Apple Fruit Filling, divided 1 (21 ounce) can
2. Graham cracker crust 1 (9 inch)
3. Cream cheese, softened 2 (8 ounce) packages
4. Sugar ½ cup
5. Vanilla extract ¼ teaspoon
6. Eggs 2 large
7. Caramel topping ¼ cup
8. Pecan halves 12
9. Chopped pecans 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Caramel Apple Cheesecake

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Reserve 3/4 cup apple filling; spoon remaining apple filling into graham crust and set aside.

Beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth. Beat in eggs until well combined. Pour over apple filling in crust.

Bake in the preheated oven until the center of cheesecake is set, about 35 minutes. Cool to room temperature.
