How to cook deliciously - Chicken in Yakitori sauce

Free the chicken thighs from the skin and bones.

Some of the ingredients for the sauce: olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, oyster sauce.

Add the starch to the boiling water (about 3 tbsp.), stir well to avoid lumps. Add all the ingredients for the sauce, squeeze the garlic and mix thoroughly. Try it, if it seems to you that it doesn't have enough salt - add more salt. Taste and season to your taste. Pour the sauce over the chicken pieces and leave to marinate for 1 hour. You won't make it worse if you make it longer than that!

Place the chicken pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper (if there is no paper - grease the tray with vegetable oil). Send to a preheated oven to 180 degrees and cook for 25-35 minutes (duration depends on your oven).
