How to cook deliciously - Pumpkin and quince jelly
1. Stage
Peel the pumpkin from the seeds, veins and skin. Cut out the core of the quince.

We cut the pumpkin in slices randomly, put it in a pan.

Cut the quince and lemon in the same place. Remove the skin from the lemon and remove the seeds. Add water, put on the fire.
4. Stage
After boiling, add cinnamon, sugar, vanillin (perhaps other spices as desired, you can add more sugar if you like it sweeter)

Cook for 20 minutes under a lid over low heat until the pumpkin and quince are softened. (If you have small pieces, you can do less.)

Pour 200 ml of water from the pot, let it cool for a few minutes. Dilute the gelatin in it. Leave it for 10 minutes.

The pumpkin mixture together with the water we grind with a blender, make a puree. At this stage we can stop, because the puree is very tasty=) But we will go further=) We add the gelatin solution to the puree, pre-clearing it (so that there were no lumps that did not dissolve) We pour it into bowls or any other dishes (glasses, mugs, etc.) After cooling we put it in the fridge.

Decorate with nuts, cinnamon, mint leaves, and whatever else you want=)

In general, you can add pieces of fruit/dry fruit inside. I haven't done that, but I think it should be very tasty. Bon appetit=)
