1. Olive oil - ½ teaspoon
2. All-purpose flour - 1 cup
3. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 cup
4. Chicken giblets (hearts and gizzards) - 1 pound
5. Onion, chopped - 1 medium
6. Water - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Hearts and Gizzards (Giblets)

1. Stage

Rub oil on the inside of a pressure cooker and turn it on to heat.

2. Stage

Meanwhile, mix flour, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Dredge giblets in flour mixture to coat.

3. Stage

Place giblets and onion into the hot pressure cooker. With the lid open, cook until lightly sautéed, shaking and stirring often, about 5 minutes. Add water.

4. Stage

Cover and lock the pressure cooker. Bring to 15 pounds of pressure and cook until giblets are no longer pink inside, 30 to 45 minutes.
