How to cook deliciously - Pork liver in sour cream
1. Stage
The liver is washed and cut into slices, not too finely.

Pour the milk over the liver and leave it for 30 minutes. All the bitterness, if there was any, will go away.

Add salt to the flour and bread each piece separately.

Fry liver in sunflower oil on both sides for 3 minutes each. Do not overcook! You can't fit all the liver in at once, I ended up with three bunches.

Put the liver in a bowl. Add oil to the same frying pan and fry the onion cut into half rings.

Add the liver to the onions. Dilute the sour cream with water and pour into the pan. Add pepper, salt to taste and stew over low heat for another 5 minutes. At the end squeeze out the garlic. Everything is ready.
