Ingredients for - Pumpkin Cupcakes

1. Flour - 110 gram
2. Chicken egg - 2 PC.
3. Pumpkin Puree - 100 gram
4. Sugar - 100 gram
5. Semolina - 1 tbsp
6. Baking powder - 1/2 Tsp
7. Orange zest - 2 Tsp
8. Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp

How to cook deliciously - Pumpkin Cupcakes

1. Stage

Combine all dry ingredients in a separate bowl.

2. Stage

Beat the eggs with a mixer for a minute, then without stopping whipping, add oil and beat for a few more seconds.

Add the pumpkin puree and zest to the eggs, beat until smooth.

Pour dry ingredients into the egg mixture, mix until smooth and leave for 10 minutes to make the semolina swell.
