3. Fine cornmeal - 1 cup
4. Baking soda - 2 teaspoons
5. Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
6. Salt - ½ teaspoon
7. Sugar - ¼ cup
8. Skim milk - ¾ cup
9. Large eggs - 2
10. Unsweetened applesauce - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Applesauce Cornbread

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Lightly spray an 8x8-inch baking pan with cooking spray.

In a bowl, mix together flour, cornmeal, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and sugar. In a separate bowl, stir together milk, eggs, and applesauce. Fold the wet mixture into the dry; mix together well. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
