1. Graham cracker crumbs - 1 ½ cups
2. White sugar - ½ cup
3. Butter, melted - ¼ cup
4. Cream cheese, softened - 5 (8 ounce) packages
5. Eggs - 5 large
6. Egg yolks - 2
7. White sugar - 1 ¾ cups
8. Heavy whipping cream - ¼ cup
9. All-purpose flour - ⅛ cup

How to cook deliciously - Cheesecake Supreme

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2. Stage

For the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter together. Press mixture into the bottom of one 9- or 10-inch springform pan.

For the cheesecake filling: Combine cream cheese, eggs, and egg yolks in a large bowl; mix until smooth. Add sugar, heavy cream, and flour. Blend until smooth. Pour batter into the prepared pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then turn the oven temperature down to 200 degrees F (100 degrees C) and continue baking for 1 hour, or until the filling is set. Let cheesecake cool, then refrigerate.
