2. Packed brown sugar - ¾ cup
3. White sugar - ¾ cup
4. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
5. Eggs - 2
6. Almond flour - 1 ¼ cups
7. Coconut flour - 1 cup
8. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
9. Salt - 1 teaspoon
10. Chocolate chips, or to taste - ½ cup
11. Rolled oats (Optional) - ¼ cup
12. Shredded coconut - ¼ cup

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
