Ingredients for - Marinated mushrooms

1. Mushrooms - 1 kg
2. Water - 0.5 L
3. Garlic - 2 clove
4. Salt - 2 tbsp
5. Vinegar 9% - 4 tbsp
6. Sugar - 1 tbsp
7. Bay leaf - 2 PC.
8. Black pepper - 0.5 Tsp

How to cook deliciously - Marinated mushrooms

1. Stage

Boil the mushrooms for 2 minutes. Drain and cool.

2. Stage

Add garlic, bay leaf, pepper, sugar and salt, vinegar at the very end to the water. Bring to a boil and add mushrooms.

3. Stage

Stir so that all the mushrooms are covered with liquid, remove from heat and put to cool. At night put in a cold place, and can be consumed.
