1. Prickly pears 12
2. Water 2 cups
3. Freshly squeezed lime juice ¼ cup
4. Stevia sweetener (such as Truvia®) 1 ½ tablespoons
5. Fresh mint leaves, or more to taste 4
6. Ice cubes 4

How to cook deliciously - Prickly Pear Limeade

1 . Stage

Cut prickly pears in half lengthwise and scoop out flesh with a spoon. Process in a blender until smooth. Push pulp through a fine mesh strainer to extract about 1 1/2 cups juice. Discard pulp.

2 . Stage

Place prickly pear juice, water, lime juice, stevia, and mint in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into two 16-ounce glasses filled with ice.
