1. Stage
In warm water and sugar, dissolve the yeast. Sift the flour and add salt. Pour the prepared yeast into the flour. Add mustard, sour cream and vegetable oil. Knead dough elastically. Let it rise.

Our dough has risen (it's been about 50 minutes).

Cut into small rolls and let stand, about 15-20 minutes.

Brush with egg (or milk) and bake at 180C for 30 minutes.

While our pampushki are in the oven, chop the garlic. Add a pinch of salt and a little vegetable oil and grind well in a mortar.
