1. Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - 1 pound
2. Pecans - ½ cup
3. Red wine vinegar - ⅓ cup
4. White sugar - ½ cup
5. Vegetable oil - 1 cup
6. Onion, minced - ½
7. Ground mustard - 1 teaspoon
8. Salt - 1 teaspoon
9. Ground white pepper - ¼ teaspoon
10. Bibb lettuce - rinsed, dried and torn - 2 heads
11. Sliced fresh strawberries - 1 cup

Preheat the grill to high heat. Lightly oil the grill grate.

Grill chicken until juices run clear, about 8 minutes per side. Remove from heat, cool, and slice. Set aside.
