1 . Stage
Prepare the pasta: Boil the pasta in a large saucepan in salted water until tender, according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside. Prepare the sauce. Heat butter in a large saucepan or frying pan over medium heat. Add the butter.

Add the garlic and fry for 1-2 minutes, stirring, until fragrant.

Add flour and fry for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Slowly add the cream, whisking to combine until smooth.

Continue stirring until mixture thickens. Add Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper, and stir until cheese is melted. Reduce heat to low, and cook 1 to 2 minutes more.

Pour oil in a frying pan and fry chicken fillets in pieces, over high heat, literally 5-7 minutes. Salt to taste.
6 . Stage
Once sauce and pasta are cooked, combine together with sliced chicken breasts, sundried tomatoes and mix evenly. Serve immediately. Optionally, you can sprinkle with fresh basil.
