1. Finely chopped green chile peppers - 1 tablespoon
2. Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
3. Fresh lime juice - 2 tablespoons
4. Asian fish sauce - 3 tablespoons
5. Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
6. White sugar - 1 tablespoon
7. Asian (toasted) sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
8. Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
9. Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
10. Cooked skinless boneless chicken breast halves, shredded - 2
11. Cabbage, cored and thinly sliced - ½ head
12. Carrot, cut into matchsticks - 1
13. Onion, finely chopped - ⅓
14. Finely chopped dry roasted peanuts - ⅓ cup
15. Chopped fresh cilantro - ⅓ cup

How to cook deliciously - Vietnamese Chicken Salad

1. Stage

Stir together the chopped green chiles, rice vinegar, lime juice, fish sauce, garlic, sugar, sesame oil, vegetable oil, and black pepper until the mixture is thoroughly combined and the sugar is dissolved.

Place the chicken, cabbage, carrot, onion, peanuts, and cilantro in a salad bowl, and toss thoroughly together with tongs. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss again. Serve immediately.
