1. Ripe bananas - 6 large
2. Brown sugar - 1 cup
3. Salted butter, melted - ¾ cup
4. White sugar - ½ cup
5. Eggs - 2
6. All-purpose flour - 1 ½ cups
7. Whole wheat flour - 1 ¼ cups
8. Ground flax seeds - ½ cup
9. Baking soda - 2 teaspoons
10. Baking powder - 2 teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Banana and Flax Seed Muffins

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line 2 muffin tins with paper liners.

Mash bananas in a bowl. Add brown sugar, butter, white sugar, and eggs; mix well. Add all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, flax seeds, baking soda, and baking powder. Scoop batter into the prepared tins.
